About Freestanding GuardRail
Freestanding is a lightweight system which uses a proven counter balance system. As its name implies this system can be installed completely freestanding with no need for drilling or penetration of the roof membrane. Because the system is free standing it’s ideal for all flat roof edge protection including exposed roof edges, stairwells and open shaft protection as well as general demarcation.
Rhinorail is quick and easy to install and can be added to, reconfigured or adapted just as quickly. All components that come into contact with the roof membrane are protected by special protective rubber pads. Our range of high quality galvanised fittings mean there’s no need to bend or weld saving you time and money on site.
SIMPLE
Utilises the minimum numbers of components and requires no special tools for installation.
DURABLE
Galvanised anti-corrosion coating equivalent to BS EN ISO1461 with zinc coated steel grub screws.
VERSATILE
Prefabricated components allow quick and easy erection and adaption.
LIGHTWEIGHT
Lightweight components including a 100% recycled rubber counterweight weighing just 20KG.
